The project is divided into two months:
Month 1 — Creating the character
Month 2 — Living the character

It is a journey from the old ego to a new version of the Self — from a story that keeps repeating to a story we consciously write ourselves.
PROJECT PROGRAM
8 WEEKS OF TRANSFORMATION
FIRST MONTH

Deconstruction. Release. Architecture. Reconstruction.
CREATING THE CHARACTER
This is the month when we close the old script and create a new identity using the Alter L’Ego method. This is where the fundamental reconstruction begins.

Week 1

Archaeology of the “Self

Week 2

The Devil in the Cage: Working with Repetitive Scenarios

The foundation of the project. We dismantle the old personality structure and create a clean space for writing a new “I”.
We examine what keeps you tied to the past. We stop living on autopilot. We learn to manage the script of our own life.
  • Immersion into the structure of your past ego
  • Diagnosing the energy of the old role
  • Identifying stuck patterns and repeating scenarios
  • Determining what needs to be released
  • Removing the “old costume of personality”
  • Deconstructing the mind’s programmed reactions
  • Tracking automatisms that pull you back into old roles
  • Identifying ego traps
  • Becoming aware of the script that plays out against your will
  • Releasing fears locked in the body

Week 3

The Three Centers of Personality:

Mind, Heart, Spirit

An exploration of the inner centers upon which the new personality is built.
Mind Center
  • Understanding the structure of the brain
  • Building a new system of thinking
  • Learning to work with the mind as an instrument

Heart Center
  • Developing emotional connection
  • Coming into contact with true desires
  • Unlocking creative potential

Spirit Center
  • Activating intuition and learning to work with it
  • Defining the mission you are living for
  • Exploring the “masculine–feminine” within yourself and learning to navigate it

Week 4

Character Creation

The main week of the month. This is where you become the architect of your own personality.

  • Defining the structure of the new character
  • Inventing the name of the inner role
  • Deconstructing the energetic costume
  • Designing the persona: voice, style, movement, aesthetics
  • Analyzing the psychological behavior model
  • Forming a new value system
  • Programming new reactions
  • Activating your new alter ego

Bonus

SECOND MONTH
Plot. Embodiment. The Game.
LIVING THE CHARACTER
This is the month of practice — when the inner film comes to life in reality.
This is where we stop playing our life by accident — and begin playing it consciously.

Week 5

Creating the Inner Film

Week 6

Writing New Life Storylines
We explore what a “personal film” is and create a script in which we are the main characters.
  • Turning yourself into the protagonist of your own life
  • Working through antagonists (old fears, doubts, the past)
  • Extracting resources from the shadow aspect of the personality through mask therapy
  • Introducing supporting characters
  • Structuring the film: exposition, setup, development, climax, resolution, epilogue
  • Rewriting key scenes
  • Defining the vector of growth
  • Creating new micro-scenarios for each day
  • Replacing habitual patterns with new ones
  • Acting from the new identity
  • Implementing the technique: “What would the new
character do?”

Week 7

Conscious Play

This is the moment when the character comes to life.
  • Practicing the game
  • Stepping into the written role
  • Energetic anchoring of the character
  • Interacting with others from the “new version of self”
  • Creating reality through the new I-state

Week 8

Finale

Bonus
